The latest development is the installation of the gutters, which have put a charcoal outline around the whole project, as if by a giant Nikko pen. I like the colour - Colorbond Ironstone. It's always a relief to see things turn out the way you imagined them.It looks as if the portico problem has been sorted, with the supporting beam trimmed back and bolted to a second beam for strength.
Meanwhile, I've been working on the smart wiring (data cabling) plan and will meet a contractor onsite on Monday to finalise it.
